Energy Food Warehouse, Inc. is a family run business. Bill Brower, an avid cyclist for over 20 years, has used many of the products on our pages and felt that there should be one place to get a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Supported by the entire family, Energy Food Warehouse has grown to meet the needs of athletes and enthusiasts across the country, with the care of a business operated by a family of runners, cyclists, and multisport enthusiasts. After nine years in business, Energy Food Warehouse, Inc. continues to be family own and family run. Bill still finds time to run and bike, in between filling your orders, and is training for a summer half marathon. His older son, Sam, is preparing to deploy to London as a part of the United States Airforce. As part of his physical training - and just for personal enjoyment - he continues running, cycling, and training his body with the dedication of an endurance athlete. Younger son Jacob is a junior at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, where he competes in both cross country and track and field. When he's not out putting in the summer miles or racing in the Northeast, Jacob continues to help with the business at home. Following in the footsteps of Energy Food Warehouse, Inc., Connie opened her own small business, but continues to support and help out with providing quality energy and recovery products at low prices.
