Energy Food Warehouse, Inc. is a family run business. Bill Brower has been an avid cyclist for over 15 years and has now gotten his boys, Sam and Jacob, involved as well. Our lives revolve around running, cycling events, workouts and with the joining of ABD Cycle Club, races in which they can compete. Bill has used many of the products on our pages and felt that there should be a place to get what he wanted at reasonable prices-so here we are! Connie, as Mom, SAG wagon and newest cycling convert, helps in filling orders and getting them shipped, as well as making sure the rest of the family is signed up and in place for their cycling events. Sam has decided to take a break from higher education and plans to focus on his cycling more. Perhaps it will translate into some good results on the 2007 Summer racing circuit. Jacob is busy with his high school running programs. Cross Country was a good season, but not great. The team is already looking forward to next year. He is now busy with indoor track season as a varsity distance runner and still putting in a lot of miles. Unfortunately, this does not allow him time on the bike, which he misses.
